I know I’ve neglected The Avenues Blog for a little while now.
To be honest, I’ve had some personal stuff take my mind off of everything but the bare basics of life. Which are family (including my remaining dog), food, work (including my San Francisco Real Estate blog) and sleep, pretty much in that order.
But, now I’m back, and I want to make it up to you.
